Additional Information:
1. The tariff effective from October 1, 2010. Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
2. All rates are subjected to 10% service charge.
3. Check-In time is after 3:00PM, Check-Out time is 12:00 noon. Please pay in full during check-in.
    (A late checkout fee will be charged NTD150 every half hour.)
4. Alumni : must present a valid alumni ID or relevant documents.
    Visitors : must present a valid invitation letter/documents from NTU or school attendee representatives are
    requested to make reservations.
5. NTU faculty and employee including families are allowed reserved one room with proper identification.
6. Reservation Deposit Payment Instructions:
  ◆Daily-rate program: NT$500 per room per order.
  ◆Monthly-rate program: NT$3,000 per room per order.
  ◆You can choose any one from the following three ways to pay the rent and deposit:
    <1> ATM transfer: Mega Bank (bank code 017)

    <2> Inter-bank wire transfer: Mega Bank Foreign Department
      Account number: 00709102611
      Beneficiary: Prince Housing & Development Corp. (NTU special account)
    <3> Pay by credit card or in cash at Hsiu Chi front desk.
    **If you choose to pay via interbank wire transfer or ATM transfer,please provide
    the last five digits of the bank account where the payment is from;
    the transfer number or inter-bank transfer number cannot be used to trace the transaction.
    If no payment is made within three days after the booking is made or if the last five digits of
    the account number have not been notified,the reservation will be canceled by the hotel.
7. Cancellation Policy:
    To cancel the reservation, please notify the Hsiu Chi front desk in writing or via phone call, and the staff will proceed     with the cancellation or reimbursement if any.
    ◆ The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled with or without notice on the day of expected arrival.
    ◆ 30% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 2-3 days before the day of expected arrival; 20%,
    the day before the day of expected arrival.
    ◆ 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 7-9 days before the day of expected arrival; 40%,     4-6 days before the day of expected arrival.
    ◆ The deposit will be refunded in full if the reservation is canceled 14 days before the day of expected arrival; 70%,     10-13 days before the day of expected arrival.
8. For month rental plan guests, all rooms are provided with toiletries bag, weekly room cleaning.If guest stays less than     one month, room charge will be given a special price rate based on the actual stay days.There is no refund for early     check-out.
9. If there is any unforeseen circumstance based on local government announcements such as typhoon or earthquake     on the day of the reservation, please contact Hsiu Chi House within three days from the reserved date and we will     postpone your reservations.
10. Reminder : Hsiu Chi House does not have provided additional bed service. Extra charge of NT$400 per
    additional guest in room per night. Children under 6 years old (below 115cm tall) are free of charge. it's NT$400 for
    the additional guest plus other cleaning and service charge. Any violations to this rule, Hsiu Chi House reserved the
    right to refuse any guest to check in and only 50% of the original room charge will be refunded to compensate any     loss due to cancellation.
11. Hsiu Chi House is part of the campus non-smoking ground. All smoking is prohibited. In order to maintain a safe     and quiet environment, any cooking, noise, gambling, pets are not allowed.
