Room Reservation Rules & Regulations： 1. Please fill in the above reservation information and send it out. The service staff will contact you to confirm the 　reservation. This reservation will take effect after confirmation of hotel. 2. All room rates are subject to a 10% service charge. 3. Check-In time is after 3:00PM, Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. Please pay in full during check-in. Early Check-in: • Before 11:00: Full room rate for the reserved room type will be charged. • Between 11:00 and 15:00: One-third of the room rate for the reserved room type will be charged. Late Check-out: • Between 11:00 and 14:00: One-third of the room rate for the reserved room type will be charged. • Between 14:00 and 16:00: Half of the room rate for the reserved room type will be charged. • After 16:00: Full room rate for the reserved room type will be charged. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and depend on the current booking status of the hotel. 4. Alumni : must present a valid alumni ID. 5. NTU faculty and employee including families are allowed reserved one room with proper identification. 6. Guests staying 16 nights or more will receive room cleaning once a week. If the stay is less than 16 nights, the actual duration will be used to calculate the discounted room rate, and early check-out is non-refundable. 7. If there is any unforeseen circumstance based on local government announcements such as typhoon or earthquake on the day of the reservation, please contact Hsiu Chi House within three days from the reserved date and we will postpone your reservations. 8.Reminder : Hsiu Chi House does not provide extra bed services. If you wish to add an extra person, there will be an additional charge of 600 NTD per night (only one child under 6 years old and 115 cm in height can stay free of charge). This additional fee covers the cost of amenities, water resources, cleaning, and related service management expenses. Please make your reservation according to the room type. If the number of guests exceeds the allowed capacity, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in on the day of arrival. In the event of a cancellation due to overcapacity, a 50% cancellation fee based on the original room rate will be charged as compensation for the room being held until that day. 9. Hsiu Chi House is part of the campus non-smoking ground. All smoking is prohibited. In order to maintain a safe and quiet environment, any cooking, noise, gambling, pets are not allowed. 10.Personal Information Protection Notification：Under the protection of the law , personal Information is collected to assist us in making your reservation and providing the services.
